The course includes four sessions of three hours each.

During the course the couples receive a book, parents notes and the MP3 album 'Colors and Calmness' which includes 3 relaxations for pregnancy and childbirth.

The price of the course for a couple: 1400 NIS. An advance of 300 NIS is paid to Leida Raka on the website and the balance of 1100 NIS is paid at the first meeting
